We are seeking a Tissue Process Excellence Specialist to join a global leader in sustainable fiber solutions, a company recognized as one of the world's largest producers of eco-friendly pulp and paper products, with operations spanning five continents and a strong commitment to circular economy principles.

About The Role:

As a Tissue Process Excellence Specialist, you will:

• Serve as the go-to technical expert (Level 2 support) for tissue manufacturing processes.
• Lead process optimization initiatives using advanced methodologies (5-step approach, Lean Six Sigma).
• Conduct comprehensive production audits and simulations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Spearhead trials for new sustainable fiber applications and innovative tissue products.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for strategic accounts across EMEA, Brazil and Asia.
• Design and deliver customized technical workshops and on-site troubleshooting.
• Translate customer needs into actionable R&D projects and product enhancements.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to improve client production efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pulp & Paper Science, or Process Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in tissue manufacturing (process, operations, R&D or quality).
• Deep understanding of tissue‑making technologies (creping, drying, fiber blending).
• Proven track record in process improvement and troubleshooting.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in tissue production processes and quality parameters.
• Knowledge of process simulation tools (e.g., CFD, ANSYS) is highly valued.
• Data analysis capabilities (Power BI, Python) for performance optimization.
• Familiarity with sustainability metrics in manufacturing.
