THz-Electronics: Project Assistant – PhD Student is offered at TU Wien in Vienna. The position is 30 hours/week for 1 year, extendable up to 3.5 years, with start planned for November 2026.

Qualifikationen

• MSc in Electrical Engineering or Physics required or to be completed at start of contract.
• Strong foundation in high-frequency electronics or device physics.
• Experience with semiconductor tech, nano/micro-fabrication and THz measurements is an advantage.
• Motivation to complete a PhD within project duration.
• Team player with strong problem-solving and enthusiastic research mindset.
