Job summary

Novartis is seeking a TA Head for Austria to lead sales and marketing activities, align local plans with global strategies, and drive performance. You will shape cross-functional brand strategies, develop local launch plans, and build strong relationships with stakeholders while supervising a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates have extensive pharmaceutical marketing and leadership experience, with English fluency and German language being beneficial.

Qualifications

• University degree in Science and/or degree in Business, Marketing or Clinical Research.
• MBA or Doctoral degree (MD/Pharm. D/PhD) preferred.
• English fluency in speaking and writing required; German language beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic area brand performance in sales, market share and profitability.
• Define and oversee launch planning and execution of key launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement prioritized tactics.
• Manage the budget and financial performance of the therapeutic area.
