Job summary

Software Data Service (SDS) in Wien sucht Software-Tester in Vollzeit. Sie analysieren Anforderungen, leiten Testfälle ab, führen manuelle und automatisierte Tests durch und tracking von Fehlern in Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung und Fachabteilungen.

Sie verfügen über einen HTL/FH/Universitätsabschluss im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbar, gute SQL-Kenntnisse, Grundkenntnisse in Linux und idealerweise Kenntnisse in C oder Java.

Qualifications

• Abschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar; Berufserfahrung willkommen.
• Gute SQL-Kenntnisse und Arbeiten mit relationalen Datenbanken.
• Grundkenntnisse in Linux-Systemen.
• Kenntnisse in einer oder mehreren Programmiersprachen (z.B. C, Java) vorteilhaft.
• Interesse an Finanzprodukten und deren technischer Verarbeitung.
• Erfahrung in agilen Arbeitsweisen.

Responsibilities

• Analyse der Anforderungen und Ableitung geeigneter Testfälle.
• Durchführung von manuellen und automatisierten Softwaretests.
• Analyse, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Fehlern in Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung und Fachabteilungen.
• Auswertung von Testergebnissen und Unterstützung bei der Ursachenanalyse.
• Vorbereitung und Pflege von Testdokumentationen und Testberichten.

Tasks

• Analysis of requirements and derivation of suitable test cases
• Carrying out manual and automated software tests
• Analysis, documentation and tracking of errors in collaboration with development and specialist departments
• Evaluation of test results and support in analyzing the root cause of failure
• Preparation and maintenance of test documentation and test reports

Profil

• Completed education (HTL, FH, university) in the area of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification or corresponding professional experience
• Good knowledge of SQL and the use of relational databases
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems
• An advantage: Knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g. C, Java)
• Interest in financial products and their technical processing
• Experience in agile work

To support our team, we are looking now and full-time (38.5 hours per week). There is a minimum basic salary of EUR 45,738.00 gross per year under the collective agreement for this position.
