Job summary

Rabmer Group is seeking a Technician/Junior Construction Manager for Building Construction (m/f/d) to join our team in Austria. You will support the construction management team with technical matters in building construction and assist with preparing quotes, measurements, and billing tasks.

The ideal candidate has completed training in construction, practical experience, and strong teamwork and independent working abilities. A Class B driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Completed training in construction (apprenticeship, construction trades, HTL).
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Negotiation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Class B driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support the construction management team with technical matters related to building construction.
• Assist with preparing quotes.
• Conduct measurement and billing tasks.
• Prepare analyses, plans, progress reports, and billing documents.
• Work planning for construction projects in consultation with the construction management team.
• Audit invoices from suppliers and subcontractors in coordination with the construction management team.

Your Responsibilities on the Rabmer Team

• Supporting the construction management team with all technical matters related to building construction
• Assistance with preparing quotes
• Conducting measurement and billing tasks
• Preparing analyses, plans, progress reports, and billing documents
• Work planning for construction projects in consultation with the construction management team
• Auditing invoices from suppliers and subcontractors in coordination with the construction management team

Your Qualifications

• Completed training in construction (apprenticeship, construction trades, HTL)
• Practical Experience in the Construction Industry
• Negotiation and organizational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and work independently
• Class B Driver's License
