- Serve as SPOC for technical transfer projects across multiple functions.
- Lead cross-functional teams, set priorities, ensure GMP/HSE compliance.
- Develop site strategies, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage resources, including FTEs, costs, and timelines.
- Lead technical feasibility assessments and change controls.
- Ensure documentation meets Novartis requirements.
