Novartis is seeking an Analytical Science and Technology (AS&T) Expert in Austria to coordinate and lead analytical activities for customer projects and internal innovations. You will provide scientific expertise, manage method transfers, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role requires a university degree in a natural science or related field and about 3–5 years’ pharma/analytical GMP experience, with fluency in English and German.

• 3–5 years’ experience in pharma/analytical GMP environment
• Fluent in English and German

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and manage analytical activities across projects
• Oversee analytical method transfers and stability studies
• Present analytical data to local and international project teams
• Ensure lifecycle management of analytical methods and compliance with pharmacopoeia and health authorities
• Handle deviations/investigations and change control
• Serve as point of contact for health authorities and audits/inspections
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, analytical development, production, QA and regulatory teams
• Compile and review analytical protocols, reports, and process verification documents
• Budget external analytical activities and manage reference substances and control samples
