Zusammenfassung

Novartis is recruiting for a lab-based role in Schaftenau, Austria. You will execute analytical experiments, operate automated liquid handlers (Tecan/Hamilton), and run HPLC/LC-MS analyses in line with quality and HSE standards.

The ideal candidate has a science degree with relevant experience and a keen interest in digital lab solutions, data processing, and cross-functional collaboration. German language skills are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Solid understanding of analytical method principles and instrumentation.
• Experience with UHPLC or other separation techniques.
• Interest in digital approaches and automation in the lab.
• Strong communication and teamwork across boundaries.

• Execute and document analytical experiments for biopharma process samples.
• Operate automated liquid handling systems and analytical instruments.
• Program and maintain automated workflows; debug and optimize data processes.
• Support method transfers and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Provide on-site training and share knowledge across departments.
