Lever, Inc. seeks a Technical Project Manager to organize and drive a smart productivity hardware product from planning through release. You will coordinate across product, engineering, design, and operations in an international context, ensuring dependencies and decisions are actively managed.

The role requires hands-on Agile delivery, strong requirements writing, and proven ability to turn complex problems into actionable tasks. Team leadership and proactive risk management are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Technical/Delivery/PM roles coordinating tech products.
• Experience in product/engineering orgs, not purely admin.
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum execution and sprint management.
• Proven track record from scoping to release.
• Strong ability to write requirements and tasks.
• Experience coordinating multiple streams and external stakeholders.
• Experience with vendors, contractors, or operations teams.
• Solid understanding of SDLC from requirements to release.
• Understanding of hardware, firmware, mobile and backend interactions.
• Ability to turn complex problems into actionable tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to drive decisions.
• Self-driven and proactive in resolving delivery challenges.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher for international collaboration.
• Experience with Jira, Linear, Notion, Confluence.

Aufgaben

• Organize sprint work with planning, task breakdown, and progress tracking.
• Translate product decisions into actionable tasks for engineering/design.
• Track deadlines, blockers, risks, and agreements across teams.
• Maintain backlogs, roadmaps, and project documentation.
• Document decisions, requirements, and next steps.
• Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, design, and operations.
• Run regular team syncs and ensure decisions are executed.
• Assess impacts of requirement changes on scope and timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and legal/finance teams.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and escalate issues.
