Lever, Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to organize and drive the delivery of a smart productivity hardware product in Austria.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, design, and operations to translate ideas into clear plans and actionable tasks, owning multiple workstreams and coordinating across teams from planning to release. You will apply Agile/Scrum practices, write clear requirements and acceptance criteria, manage dependencies, and proactively identify risks, while

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Technical Project Manager/Delivery Manager roles within a tech product company.
• Experience in product/engineering organizations rather than purely administrative environments.
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience with sprint execution.
• Proven ability to own projects from scoping through release.
• Strong ability to write requirements, user scenarios, acceptance criteria, and tasks.

Aufgaben

• Organize sprint work: planning, breakdown, prioritization, progress tracking.
• Translate requirements into actionable tasks for engineering and design teams.
• Track deadlines, dependencies, blockers, risks, and agreements.
• Maintain backlogs, roadmaps, and project documentation.
• Document decisions, requirements, outcomes, and next steps.
• Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, design, and operations.
• Run team syncs and ensure decisions translate into execution.
• Assess impact of requirements changes on scope and timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, legal, finance, and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and elevate issues impacting timelines or quality.
