Jobgether is seeking a Technical Project Manager based in Austria for remote, full-time engagement. You will lead high-impact technology projects across teams, regions and product areas, connecting business strategy with technical execution.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Commercial and BI teams, and mentor colleagues to elevate delivery practices in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT, PM, or related field.
• Certification in project management (PRINCE2, PMP, ACP) or equivalent.
• 3-5+ years in professional project management, incl. 3+ years with software delivery.
• 2-3+ years in a regulated digital environment (e.g., iGaming).
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Own full lifecycle of complex cross-functional projects, on time, on scope, on budget.
• Lead strategic initiatives including market entries, platform enhancements and launches.
• Coordinate dependencies and milestones across departments for effective execution.
• Translate strategic objectives into structured project plans and roadmaps.
• Support roadmap prioritisation by assessing feasibility and risks.
• Mentor junior and mid-level Project Managers and improve delivery standards.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners.
