Zusammenfassung

Spectra-Physics, an MKS brand, is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager (m/f/d) in Vorarlberg, Austria, to partner with development, marketing and operations to drive complex product development programs with end-to-end ownership of scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk.

You will lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and ensure disciplined execution from concept to transfer to manufacturing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or another technical field.
• Several years of experience in project or program management for complex technology systems.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional product development programs from concept through industrialization and manufacturing transfer, owning scope, schedule, cost, quality, and project health.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with milestones, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Provide leadership across engineering, product marketing, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing to align priorities and resolve roadblocks.
• Coordinate multi-site programs across US and Europe with offshore manufacturing partners to ensure alignment on priorities and readiness for transfer to production.
• Identify and manage project risks; drive mitigation and contingency planning using DFx reviews and FMEA to strengthen outcomes.
• Make timely decisions amid ambiguity and changing priorities; communicate progress and tradeoffs to leadership with data-driven updates.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management rigor and processes to support broader company goals.
