Responsibilities

• Act as the technical product owner and expert for Rings & Packing portfolio.
• Lead innovation and technology cooperation projects from concept validation through industrialization.
• Define and maintain product standards and documentation.
• Manage product certifications and compliance.
• Monitor product performance and reliability; drive lifecycle enhancements.
• Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analyses.
• Support global organizations through technical expertise and training.
