Zusammenfassung

delfortgroup AG is seeking a senior SAP Integration & Governance lead to steer a global team and drive end-to-end SAP projects. You will manage service, change, demand and test management while shaping SAP standards across the landscape.

Requirements include strong project management, extensive SAP consulting/ delivery experience, and excellent stakeholder management in an English-speaking environment. German language skills are a plus. Hybrid work with opportunities for remote days is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Education in the technical field and/ or process management.
• Profound project management skills.
• Several years of experience in SAP consulting, SAP project delivery or SAP application management.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership experience and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
• Business fluent English; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a SAP Integration & Governance team responsible for Service, Change, Demand and Test Management
• Lead international SAP projects and transformation initiatives independently
• Manage projects throughout their full lifecycle
• Lead cross-module requirements and solution design across the SAP landscape
• Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable IT solutions
• Continuously improve Demand, Change and Test Management processes
• Establish and maintain SAP governance standards and project methodologies
• Support SAP rollouts, process harmonization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with central PMO as well as with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements

This position comes with a minimum salary accordingly to Austrian collective bargaining agreement of EUR 4.240,64.
