Job summary

Jointhe Nation in Langkampfen is seeking a Team Leader for Freight Forwarding to oversee a dispatch team, drive revenue and improve processes. You will lead staff, onboard new colleagues and ensure customer and carrier satisfaction while controlling costs and margins.

The role requires several years in freight forwarding or road transport, strong leadership, and fluency in German with good English. A competitive package with profit sharing and modern workflows is offered.
