Jobtailor seeks an experienced embedded software engineering lead to drive firmware development for microcontroller-based products. You will lead a cross-functional team, align with hardware, product management, and QA, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across locations.

The role requires strong Embedded C/C++, RTOS expertise, and experience with Scrum/Kanban. Excellent German and English communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.

• Strong knowledge of Embedded C/C++, real-time operating systems, and embedded hardware.
