The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Taxation and 5+ years of tax experience in Austria or the EU, with fluent English and German preferred for document processing.

We are currently looking for Tax Manager, the details Job responsibilities as below:

Who You Are: Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full-spectrum tax management of Austrian local VAT, corporate income tax, payroll tax and customs duties. Complete tax declaration, tax payment, annual tax settlement, ledger update and document archiving on time, strictly comply with local regulatory requirements, and ensure accurate, compliant and non-overdue tax data;

• Establish local tax risk control mechanisms, conduct regular internal tax self-inspections and eliminate potential tax risks. Respond to inquiries and tax audits from tax authorities, properly handle tax-related issues, and avoid tax penalties and credit risks;

• Maintain good relationships with local tax authorities and third-party financial and tax institutions, efficiently complete tax filing, modification, tax refund and other businesses, and cooperate with annual audits, tax authentication and various special inspections;

• Overall manage local tax work and optimize tax processes, provide tax compliance support for business expansion, liaise with group headquarters, synchronize tax data and implement financial and tax management systems;

• Continuously track new tax policies and cross-border tax regulations in Austria and the EU, accurately interpret policy requirements, analyze their impact on company business, put forward optimization plans, and implement compliant tax-saving measures;

• Complete other financial-related work assigned by superiors. What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Taxation, Accounting, Economic Law or related majors. Possession of Austrian Tax Advisor, CPA, ACCA, CTA or other professional finance and tax qualifications is preferred;

• Over 5 years of finance and tax work experience, including more than 3 years of full-cycle tax management experience in Austria or the EU. Familiar with local tax administration and audit procedures. Experience working in Chinese overseas enterprises or cross-border companies is preferred;

• Proficient in Austrian full-category tax policies and practical operations, as well as EU cross-border taxation and transfer pricing rules;

• Fluent in English with the ability to independently communicate with local official institutions. Proficiency in German for tax document processing is preferred;

• Possess strong awareness of compliance, risk control and professional confidentiality, with a strong sense of responsibility and high execution ability;

• Fluent in English. German or Chinese language proficiency is preferred.
