Job summary

HR Group is seeking a System Validation Engineer for positions at our Austrian locations. You will validate UWB and embedded systems, develop and document test cases, and support validation concepts in a multinational team.

We value Python, NI TestStand, LabVIEW and test automation, plus experience with RF measurements and SoC validation. A technical degree and English proficiency are required; German is a plus. The role offers flexible hours and career development.

Qualifications

• Completed technical degree (University, University of Applied Sciences) in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or related field.
• Several years of professional experience in system validation, test engineering or embedded systems.
• Good knowledge of Python.
• Experience with NI TestStand.
• Knowledge of LabVIEW is an advantage.
• Experience with test automation.
• Knowledge of SoC validation.
• Experience or interest in UWB technologies and RF validation.
• Basic knowledge of RF measurement techniques.
• Experience in automating measurement processes is an advantage.
• Structured and analytical way of working.
• Very good English language skills, German is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execution of system validation activities for innovative UWB and embedded systems.
• Creation, execution and documentation of manual and automated test cases.
• Support in the development and implementation of validation and test concepts.
• Analysis, documentation and tracking of system-level issues.
• Execution of measurements and evaluations in RF environments.
• Automation of testing and measurement procedures.
• Support in the continuous improvement of existing test systems and validation processes.
• Close collaboration with international software, hardware and development teams.
