Jobgether is seeking a CISO Mentor to advise and guide the development of a mature, scalable Information Security function within a fast-growing, globally distributed technology environment. This part-time role focuses on strategic guidance while helping security leaders navigate complex challenges.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, monitoring, and business teams, sharing practical knowledge and executive perspective. The engagement is remote-first with only a few hours per month.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in senior Information Security leadership roles (CISO, VP Security, or Head of InfoSec).
• Proven zero-to-one experience building and scaling an InfoSec program.
• Experience in regulated environments (FinTech, HealthTech, GovTech) with audits & frameworks.
• Strong cloud security across AWS, GCP, Azure with scalable architectures.

Aufgaben

• Mentor security leaders on building and improving an InfoSec program.
• Advise on perimeter, network defenses, and API security against abuse.
• Guide vulnerability management, incident response, and crisis communications.
• Promote secure development practices across product and engineering.
• Lead risk governance and vendor risk management initiatives.
• Provide executive-level guidance to cross-functional teams.
