You will connect with individuals seeking development programs, assess goals, and guide them with relevant information, while managing your own schedule in a remote, performance-based environment.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of professional experience in leadership, learning and development, HR, consulting, marketing, communications, business development or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling one-to-one conversations.
• Self-directed, proactive, organized with ability to work independently within systems.

Aufgaben

• Use digital marketing strategies and systems to engage individuals in leadership and development programs.
• Conduct structured introductory conversations to uncover goals and provide relevant information.
• Develop professional relationships through thoughtful, personalized communication.
• Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with interested individuals through the decision process.
• Communicate value of development opportunities clearly and professionally.
• Apply established processes and frameworks while maintaining professional judgment.
• Independently manage schedule, priorities and daily activities.
• Participate in ongoing leadership and personal development training.
