Jobgether, in partnership with a Swiss-based partner, seeks an Engineering Manager focused on Security Standards and Hardening. You will lead a team across OS, cloud, edge, and software platforms, applying rigorous security practices and guiding cryptographic module work.

You will drive adoption of security standards (FIPS, CIS, STIG, FedRAMP, Cyber Resilience Act) and shape engineering practices while mentoring talent and aligning delivery with priorities.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent.
• Experience with FIPS- or Common Criteria-certified products and security standards.
• Hands-on with DISA STIG or CIS benchmarks and compliance tooling.
• Strong software security knowledge and secure engineering practices.
• Experience in Agile development environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
