Job summary

DO & CO in Vienna is seeking a highly skilled Sushi Chef for the ONYX restaurant to join our team. The kitchen serves high-end Asian cuisine and we require experience making sushi (Maki, Nigiri, Sashimi) in a fast-paced, open-kitchen environment.

You will work with a team of six, maintain high cleanliness and food-safety standards, and contribute to timely service while delivering exceptional quality. The position offers career development and opportunities in luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must have a chef's license or certification.
• Experience making sushi dishes (Maki, Nigiri, Sashimi).
• Creative with passion for high-quality dishes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication; works well in a team and solo.
• Flexible and handles pressure with a smile.
• Proficiency in English and/or German.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside established chefs in a team of 6.
• Preparing sushi dishes of high quality in our renowned open kitchen.
