Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Surgical Sales Specialist to join our Gynaecology Surgical Solutions team in Austria, covering the Western Austria territory. You will drive growth by engaging with surgeons and theatre teams, delivering clinical value, and developing a structured territory plan.

You will act as a clinical advocate, supporting product evaluations, trainings and customer education while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve targets.

Qualifikationen

• Proven success in medical device sales, preferably surgical/OR.
• Understanding of clinical workflows and Austrian healthcare systems.
• Fluent German; comfortable communicating in English.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with customers.
• Ability to analyse data and identify growth opportunities in territory.

• Establish and strengthen relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, procurement stakeholders and clinical decision-makers.

• Uncover and convert new opportunities while supporting existing accounts.
• Develop and implement a structured territory plan focusing on high-potential growth areas.

Hologic is now looking for a Surgical Sales Specialist to join our Gynaecology Surgical Solutions team in Austria, covering the Western Austria territory. In this role, you will be at the forefront of advancing minimally invasive surgical care, partnering closely with healthcare professionals to deliver technologies that truly make a difference in patients' lives. As a Hologic Sales Specialist, you will be more than a salesperson, you will be a trusted partner and clinical advocate, helping clinicians improve outcomes through innovative surgical solutions.

• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer engagement, positioning Hologic as a trusted partner within women's health.
• Monitor market developments, healthcare trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and strengthen Hologic's presence.
• Partner closely with internal colleagues across commercial, clinical and customer support functions to achieve shared business goals.

What We Expect

• Proven success in medical device sales, ideally within surgical or operating room environments.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, buying processes and healthcare systems in Austria.
• Ability to confidently communicate technical and clinical value propositions.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage, educate and inspire customers.
• Strong commercial mindset, from prospecting through to closing opportunities.
• Ability to analyse data and identify growth opportunities within your territory.
• Skilled in problem-solving and objection handling.
• Confident using CRM systems and digital tools to drive performance.
• Fluent in German and comfortable working in English.
• Valid Austrian driving licence.

Salary: €68,000-€85,000 gross pa base + commission (OTE €88,400 - €110,500) based on target performance, with opportunity to earn greater than OTE for those who exceed their targets. The final offer will depend on experience, skills and alignment with internal pay structures. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including pension and insurances.
