Zusammenfassung

VusionGroup, Graz-based, seeks an IT Support Specialist to join a fast-paced, internationally oriented team. You will handle remote and on-site support tickets, install and configure our IoT cloud solution, and coordinate with 3rd level support to resolve issues.

HTL diploma or higher preferred; strong German (C1) and English skills; willingness to travel; team-focused mindset as the company expands across 19 countries.

Qualifikationen

• HTL diploma or university degree (FH/Universität) required or in progress.
• Experience with remote support tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of IT environments (LAN/WLAN, cloud, Linux & Windows) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with customers and partners to identify and resolve issues.
• Handle support tickets independently and coordinate fixes with 3rd level support.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing tool.
• Assist with installation and configuration of the VusionGroup solution.
• Troubleshoot system, network, and software issues.
• Follow up on inquiries and prepare reports.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with customers and partners to identify and resolve potential issues
• Independent handling of support tickets and coordination of fixes with 3rd level support
• Responding to inquiries via phone, Email, and ticketing tool
• Support with the installation and configuration of the VusionGroup solution
• Troubleshooting system, network, and software issues
• Targeted follow-up and analysis of inquiries
• Process documentation and preparation of relevant reports

Qualifications

Education:

• HTL diploma, ongoing or completed university of applied sciences (FH) or university degree

Experience:

• Experience using remote support tools is an advantage
• Desired knowledge of IT environments (LAN, WLAN, and cloud environments, Linux & Windows)
• Professional experience is an advantage

Skills/Abilities:

• Strong implementation skills, assertiveness, and initiative
• Willingness to travel and perform
• Customer-oriented working style
• Good communication skills
• Friendly and strong team player
• German Level C1 and good English skills, both written and spoken

For the advertised position, the minimum collective agreement base salary is € 3,267.00 gross per month, with a willingness to overpay depending on actual qualifications (for full-time employment).
