Job summary

OMICRON electronics GmbH in Austria is seeking an ERP Process Coordinator (60-100%). You will manage and continuously improve ERP-driven processes for Engineering Services and Product Servicing, translating business requirements into effective ERP solutions and coordinating ERP/CRM projects.

You will train users, maintain process documentation, develop ERP tests for new releases, and stay updated on ERP add-ons while collaborating with international teams.

Qualifications

• Background in IT or business administration or related ERP experience.
• Strong organizational/administrative skills and a structured approach.
• Independent, solution-oriented mindset and strong communication; good English; willingness to travel.

Your role

• Manage and continuously improve ERP-supported business processes for Engineering Services & Product Servicing
• Translate business requirements into technical and organizational ERP solutions and contribute to projects involving relevant ERP and CRM process changes
• Coordinate user support, provide training, and maintain process documentation and training materials
• Develop, execute, and maintain ERP tests to support the successful deployment of new system releases
• Stay up to date with developments in our ERP system and its add-ons, identify new opportunities to support our business processes, and ensure alignment between ERP and CRM processes
