NXP Semiconductors in Graz area is seeking a student to join our Toolchain team for part‑time software tool development. You will work with Java, Python, C, C++ and C# on real engineering tasks and gain hands‑on experience in a professional setting while studying.

You'll support build/test automation, create technical documentation, and assist with compiler related issues. A collaborative, international environment offers growth and practical skills relevant for your career.

Qualifications

• Ongoing studies in a related technical field.
• Good programming skills in Java and C/C++.
• Basic experience with Eclipse, Python, C#, LLVM/compilers, Git, SVN and/or Jenkins.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Independent, structured and accurate way of working.
• Motivation to learn and adapt in a technical environment.
• Eligibility to work locally in Austria; ~20 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Develop, test and debug software tool components with Java, Python, C, C++ and C#.
• Support build and test automation with Jenkins.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Assist compiler development by analyzing issues and verifying fixes.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers to gain practical software development experience.
