Zusammenfassung

Volue is looking for a student to join our Customer Support Team in Vienna for 20-25 hours per week. You will help customers with Volue's software, resolving technical issues and ensuring a great experience. You will gain hands-on cloud and service delivery exposure in an international environment.

Ideal candidates are studying CS/IT/Engineering, enjoy direct customer interaction, and have interest in Azure/AWS cloud tech. German fluency is required.

Qualifikationen

• Studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Interest in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) and modern software environments.
• Fluent German language skills with strong communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for customer inquiries and technical issues.
• Analyse, track, and resolve Service Desk requests independently and efficiently.
• Support customers using SaaS cloud platform and on-premises solutions, including web services and Docker-based installations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high service levels.
• Collaborate with development teams to investigate issues and contribute to product improvements.
