Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management.
• Relevant training or certifications in product management, software product management, or licensing management.
• In-depth expertise launching software and service business models (SaaS, licensing, maintenance).
• Track record in B2B/B2G sectors with a focus on centralised IT-based system architectures.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on mentality for startup phase initiatives.
• Confident navigation of complex matrix organisations and stakeholder alignment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsabilités

• Drive the implementation of the business model for the new software-based Voice Communication System (VCS).
• Define the product-market strategy based on competitive and market analysis within the ATM sector.
• Enable Sales and Customer Service teams with market and product expertise for the IT-based VCS.
• Develop GTM concepts for software and license portfolio and position services in a holistic system solution.
• Own the product business case ensuring long-term profitability and portfolio viability.
• Collaborate with the Operational Product Manager to harmonize development with market requirements and serve as a liaison to Management and Board.
