Trading 212 is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our global Procurement team in Vienna. You will own end-to-end procurement requests, from sourcing through to contract renewal, while partnering with Finance, Legal and IT to align on requirements and spend.

This hands-on role emphasizes negotiation, data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in procurement within international settings, strong vendor management skills and fluency in English.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of procurement or sourcing experience in international organisations.
• Knowledge of contract terms and vendor risk assessment.
• Experience running RFPs/RFQs and evaluating proposals.
• Strong analytical skills with spend data, budgets and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end procurement requests, including sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, vendor comparisons and PO creation.
• Support commercial negotiations on pricing, terms and renewal conditions alongside category owners.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors across software, professional services, facilities and marketing.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, IT and other internal stakeholders to gather requirements and align on specifications.
• Prepare purchase summaries, business cases and vendor comparisons to support procurement decisions.
• Track contract renewal dates, spend against budget, and supplier performance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support supplier consolidation initiatives.
• Maintain the vendor and contract register, ensuring compliance with internal policy and outsourcing requirements.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and prepare reporting for management.
