Red Bull is seeking a Senior Planning Systems Specialist to develop sales and finance planning concepts and processes. You will gather, analyze and challenge business requirements for planning system solutions in Sales and Finance, translating them into system-based concepts for technical implementation and working with cross-functional stakeholders.

As project manager you will define plans, timelines and work packages, align with IT, track milestones, and deliver end-to-end results.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Revenue Management, Finance, Controlling and/or Sales Systems.
• Profound knowledge of system-based planning and reporting tools (SAP BW, SAP CRM, SAP BI-IP Planning, S4/HANA, SAC, Salesforce, Hyperion Financial Management).
• Proven track record in Project Management and advanced skills of tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Workfront.
• Solid understanding of financial processes and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Deliver your own projects within areas of expertise or participate in highly complex programs.
• Define project plans, timelines and work packages; coordinate with IT and track milestones.
• Set up realistic schedules and ensure deadlines are met across end-to-end processes.
• Guarantee testing concepts and end-to-end solution testing with stakeholders and document results.
• Provide second-level support for planning systems to key users worldwide.
