Red Bull is seeking a (Junior) Finance Business Controller to join its global Finance team in Austria. You will translate data into actionable insights, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive performance across HR, Legal, and Finance in a fast-paced international environment.

You will contribute to analytics, reporting, and data visualization while developing into a trusted finance business partner and supporting cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic setting.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• First relevant professional experience in controlling, financial planning, reporting, accounting, or business analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to explain complex topics clearly.

Aufgaben

• Finance business partnership with managers and budget owners across HR, Legal, and Finance functions.
• Coordinate planning and forecasting activities; review budgets and prepare monthly estimates.
• Deliver timely financial information with commentary, variance analysis, and insights.
• Drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration; support workforce planning and intercompany recharges.
