Sonova AG is seeking a Procurement Project Manager for NPI/R&D to lead procurement activities across global design and development projects. You will drive strategy, supplier selection, cost optimization, and cross‑functional alignment to deliver seamless product introductions.

The role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in project procurement, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with engineering, QA, and program management across the GDC network.

Formación

• Master’s degree or higher in a technical or commercial field.
• 7+ years of procurement experience in Directs with project leadership.
• Experience owning procurement activities in a global organization.
• Ownership of procurement processes in line with policy and targets.
• Ability to influence external suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead procurement activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) and R&D projects.
• Ensure alignment with Procurement Policy and SOPs across global projects.
• Drive value, savings, and time-to-source through cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance data in SAP and related systems.
• Contribute to Design to Cost principles and supplier qualification activities.
• Support VAVE initiatives and sustainable sourcing practices.
