• 10+ years of experience in healthcare or life sciences with regional/local medical teams.
• Proven track record delivering medical strategies and supporting launches.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong written and verbal communication.

• Develop and execute high-quality medical strategies for assigned disease areas and brands across their lifecycle.
• Design and implement medical affairs plans including real-world evidence, health economics, outcomes research, and medical education.
• Serve as a disease-area medical expert for cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Partner with Medical Leads to shape medical strategies, publication plans and external scientific engagement.
• Build medical capabilities by creating training content for field teams.
• Provide medical input into key brand documents and safety-related materials.
