• Several years of experience managing complex customer projects in software environments.
• Knowledge of system architectures, APIs, authentication (OIDC and SSO).
• Fluent German with professional negotiation skills.
• Very good English.

Aufgaben

• Manage customer relationships with management and project stakeholders across enterprise key accounts.
• Lead regular status meetings and steering committees.
• Translate customer requirements into a structured delivery roadmap with Product and Engineering.
• Take responsibility for the on-time delivery of complex customer projects, including international app rollouts and third-party system integrations.
• Negotiate scope, priorities, and release schedules.
• Identify customer needs early and proactively address risks.
• Support customers in successfully using the product.
• Provide transparent visibility into dependencies between workstreams.
