AGRANA Fruit is seeking an experienced finance professional to join the Division Controlling team in Vienna. You will drive planning, forecasting and management reporting, partnering with regional finance teams and senior stakeholders to steer performance across regions and affiliates.

The role emphasizes strong financial judgement, communication with senior decision-makers, and active involvement in automation and process improvements within a global finance organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional experience in financial controlling, FP&A, finance business partnering or a closely related finance/accounting role.
• Excellent English is essential; German is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience; interest in automation and data flows is valued.
• Ability to partner with regional finance teams and senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning and forecasting cycles across the division with governance and reliable delivery.
• Own divisional management reporting with KPI dashboards and executive commentary.
• Act as a trusted business partner by analysing P&L, balance sheet and cash flow developments.
• Translate insights into actionable options and recommendations for the CFO and senior leadership.
• Continuously improve reporting structures, front-end tools and automation.
• Strengthen finance governance and knowledge sharing across the division and global finance community.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and cross-functional projects beyond the recurring cycle.
