The Coca‑Cola Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance for Austria to drive financial strategy and performance across the Austria market. You will partner with Operations, Commercial, Marketing and Bottlers to deliver insight‑led decisions and accountable financial leadership.

You will lead forecasting, planning, and value‑driven analysis across the region while upholding Coca‑Cola policies and governance. This role emphasizes collaboration and strategic influence.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in FP&A, Commercial Finance or related finance roles.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Influence senior stakeholders in a multi‑partner system.
• Experience supporting commercial, RGM or operational finance initiatives.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Country Leadership and operations, aligning priorities and delivering financial insights.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative insights to inform negotiations, plans and pricing decisions.
• Lead core Market planning cycles and monthly forecasts with strong governance.
• Drive performance management with proactive actions and risk/opportunity identification.
• Develop margin and value chain strategies to improve profitability across Austria.
• Lead ad-hoc analyses and build advanced financial models for strategic decisions.
