Takeda Manufacturing Austria AG is seeking an E2E Supply Chain Planner to shape and optimize the end-to-end supply chain network. You will use data-driven insights to support capacity planning, production location decisions, and logistics optimization across functions and with senior stakeholders.

You will drive MPS, lead S&OP cycles, analyze data for constraints, and collaborate with site operations and finance on capacity and budgets. A strong cross-functional mindset is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in supply chain management and network planning.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable supply chain recommendations.
• Experience with capacity planning, inventory management, and production footprint decisions.
• Proven project management skills in cross-functional initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Balance supply with demand and maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Generate monthly S&OP plans and communicate to the plasma-derived therapies unit.
• Analyze data to identify constraints, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with site operations and finance on capacity usage and budgets.
• Interface with production planners to ensure MPS execution and resolve issues.
• Support midterm inventory planning and long-range planning efforts.
• Contribute to value stream mapping and strategic operations projects.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for decision-making.
