Zusammenfassung

Takeda is seeking an E2E Supply Chain Planner to shape and optimize the company’s end-to-end supply chain network from Wien, Austria. You will support capacity planning, location decisions, and logistics optimization while partnering with senior stakeholders to strengthen resilience and service levels.

You will manage MPS, lead monthly S&OP plans, analyze data for constraints, and work with finance on capacity usage and budgeting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in supply chain management, network design, planning or logistics.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Experience with capacity planning, inventory management, network optimization or production footprint decisions.
• Project management skills for leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and communication with senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Balance supply with demand, generate and maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Generate monthly S&OP plans and communicate to plasma-derived therapies business unit.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify constraints and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with site operations and finance on capacity usage and budgeting.
• Coordinate with production planners to ensure MPS execution and resolve issues.
• Oversee midterm inventory planning and long-range planning initiatives.
• Support value stream mapping and strategic operations for product portfolio.
• Foster relationships with internal/external stakeholders to enable decision-making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning tools and processes.
