AT&S Leoben is seeking a Specialist Production Planning Control to ensure efficient, demand-driven planning and strong cross-functional collaboration across our international teams.

You will analyze production data, define targets, schedule orders, and drive continuous improvements within the planning landscape, while optimizing performance and digitalization.

A technical degree in engineering, together with fluency in German and English, and a proactive, data-driven mindset are essential.

Aufgaben

• Execute production planning activities within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Analyze production data and develop forward-looking recommendations based on structured insights.
• Support implementation and maintenance of planning strategies within operational systems.
• Define production targets and monitor KPIs to measure planning effectiveness.
• Trigger and schedule production orders based on demand while considering capacity and constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within production planning processes and systems.
• Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders regarding production progress, lead times and delivery schedules.
• Support and lead projects focused on future planning concepts, digitalization and process optimization.
