Boston Consulting Group in Central Europe is seeking a Business Development professional to translate the CE system’s commercial strategy into actionable initiatives at the Practice Area level, supporting the CE BD Director and PA leaders.

You will collaborate with PA nodes, contribute to PA strategy, shape agendas, and help ensure alignment between business priorities and operations while leveraging AI to redesign processes.

Qualifikationen

• Academic degree in business or related field.
• 3–5 years in a consulting firm or similar role as a SME.
• Credible thought partner with senior stakeholders.
• Experience using AI to redesign processes.
• Strong numerical analysis abilities.
• Proven change management in a complex matrix.
• Ability to build relationships across levels and functions.
• Self-starter who works independently and in teams.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).

• Translate the CE system’s commercial strategy into actionable PA initiatives.
