Suitsupply in Vienna is opening soon and seeks a Sales Supervisor who is independent and takes responsibility, with a direct communication style. You will build relationships with customers and lead the store team to meet company goals.

You will collaborate with training to develop a gold standard team, educate customers on Ready to Wear and Custom-Made options, ensure visual standards, and partner with HR to develop staff.

Formación

• Experience in management, sales, hospitality, or service.
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the store team to achieve company goals.
• Collaborate with training teams to develop a gold-standard team.
• Educate customers on Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
• Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies to achieve sales metrics.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed per visual guidelines.
• Collaborate with store support departments to use company resources.
• Align with HR on policies and development planning for the store team.
• Perform other duties assigned by store leadership.
