Job summary

Suitsupply in Vienna is opening a new store, and we are seeking energetic Style Advisors to help shape the guest experience with genuine, straight-to-the-point fashion guidance. You will build relationships and enthusiastically educate customers on fit, construction, and the Ready to Wear and Custom-Made options, within a supportive, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, hospitality or service.
Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team player in a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

Participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise aligned with brand expectations.
Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
Practice professional salesmanship according to company policies to achieve personal and store sales and metrics.
Build relationships to increase client loyalty through Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program.
Ensure that all merchandise is displayed attractively per visual guidelines and store standards.
Ensure store operations meet company standards.
Perform other duties assigned by store leadership.
