• Data-based control and monitoring of the plasma etch process using machine or measurement data (SPC, FDC).
• Solve process or equipment problems in close cooperation with various departments or external suppliers.
• Evaluate and implement process improvements to reduce costs, increase yield and robustness via Six Sigma.
• Transfer new technologies to production in collaboration with R&D and process integration.
• Interface with maintenance, R&D, line control, suppliers and quality departments.
