ams-OSRAM AG in Austria is seeking a Process Engineer for interference filter sputter deposition. You will own a single process, analyze data, and drive improvements using machine data, FDC, SPC, and optical measurements while maintaining critical documentation.

You collaborate with FAB, R&D, maintenance and quality teams, transferring new technologies to production and expanding in-depth process knowledge. German and English communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• HTL or studies in a technical field (physics, chemistry, process technology or similar).
• Ability to work proactively in cross-functional teams with ownership.
• Strong data-analytics skills and basic quality requirements.

Aufgaben

• Single process ownership in interference filter deposition with focus on sputter deposition.
• Data-based control, monitoring and improvement of processes using machine data, FDC, SPC, optical measurements, scripts.
• Maintain related controlled documents (e.g., control plan; FMEA; WSP).
• Interface to FAB, R&D, maintenance, line control, Quality, First Level, suppliers.
• Transfer of new technologies to production in collaboration with R&D, process integration and metrology.
• Gain and further improve in-depth single process knowledge.
• Identify and drive single process improvements.
