Job summary

ams OSRAM Premstätten is seeking a researcher to develop new sensor concepts in a team, integrating photodetectors in silicon process technologies and performing electro-optical measurements in the laboratory.

You will evaluate measurement results, define test structures and process monitoring layouts, contribute to the innovation funnel with practical ideas, and document findings with precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, master or PhD in Physics, microelectronics, or similar studies.
• First years of experience in semiconductor industry, preferably with knowledge in silicon process technology.
• Hands on experience in process technology development is an advantage.
• Structured way of working, problem solving and documentation.
• Willingness and ability to work in a project team.
• Proficiency of English language.
