Qualifications

• Experience in wafer-level electro- optical measurements.
• Structured working style with good problem solving and documentation.
• Willingness and ability to lead a project team as technical lead.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Concept development and implementation of optical detectors with focus on high-speed optical data-communication.
• TCAD device- and process simulations.
• Layout definition of device test structures.
• Process integration of photodetector in silicon process technologies.
• Electro- optical measurements and selection of optical detectors, including high speed measurements.
• Contribution to the innovation funnel with innovative ideas.
• Act as a technical lead in development projects.
