ams OSRAM – LSP is seeking a skilled technician to operate and maintain water treatment facilities and chemical supply systems. You will monitor and repair systems, supervise external teams, and document activities in a maintenance database.

The role requires a completed apprenticeship in a technical or chemical-technical field, strong reliability, and German fluency (English a plus). On-call duties apply after one year, with salaries and benefits aligned to the collective agreement.

Qualificações

• Technical understanding of complex treatment facilities and control systems.
• Reliability and proper documentation for authorities are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Operation and maintenance of water treatment plants (cooling and ultrapure water) and the wastewater plant.
• Operation and maintenance of chemical supply systems (acids, alkalis, solvents).
• Monitoring of systems and implementing corrective measures and repairs.
• Regular inspections of all systems including subordinate piping to machine connections.
• Supervise and advise external companies during service, repairs and expansions.
• Record maintenance work and incidents in a maintenance database.
• On-call duty (1x month, 1 week 24/7) after at least one year.

• Operation and maintenance of the water treatment plants (cooling and ultrapure water) and the waste water plant
• Operation and maintenance of chemical supply systems (acids, alkalis, solvents)
• Monitoring of the mentioned systems and independent implementation of corrective measures and repairs
• Regular inspections of all the mentioned systems including the subordinate supply and waste disposal piping through to the machine connections
• Supervising and advising external companies when carrying out service, repairs and system expansions
• Recording of maintenance work and incidents in a maintenance database
• On-call duty (1x month, 1 week 24/7) - applicable after at least one year of employment

• Successfully completed apprenticeship in a technical or chemical-technical profession (fitter, electrician, chemical laboratory technician or comparable)
• Technical understanding of complex treatment facilities and control systems
• Reliability (plant support and documentation for authorities)
• PC skills required (data entry in maintenance database, Outlook, Excel)
• Forklift driver's license required (training can be provided)
• Fluency in German required, English nice-to-have
