Zusammenfassung

ENPULSION, based in Wien-Flughafen, Austria, seeks a Customer Success Engineer (f/m/x) to support customers from pre-sales through on-orbit operations. You will liaise with project teams, analyze requirements, and guide integration, testing, and mission operations while producing precise technical docs.

You will bring 3+ years in aerospace, Python, electronics knowledge, and strong English communication. Occasional travel to customer facilities is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Technical or scientific education (FH/University/UAS/HTL), ideally a Master’s in Engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of professional experience in aerospace or a related industry.
• Understanding of electric propulsion systems used for satellite mobility is beneficial.
• Knowledge of satellite systems, launch services, or space data platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of Python programming language.
• Solid understanding of electronics design and operation.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes desirable.
• Experience with documentation tools, simulation software, or mission planning tools, as well as collaborative platforms (JIRA).
• Familiarity with space industry standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ECSS, ITAR).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong ability to explain complex technical issues to customers clearly and concisely.
• Willingness to travel to customer facilities as needed.
• Proactive, organized, and disciplined approach to independent work.
• Passionate about contributing to a fast-growing business and high-performing team.

Aufgaben

• Act as the main point of contact for project- and program management of key customers.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop compliance matrices to ensure alignment with customer needs and expectations.
• Provide technical support to the Sales team.
• Support customers with integration and operation of ENPULSION products.
• Provide technical support in the Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT).
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of ground support equipment.
• Manage and facilitate customer tests and workshops.
• Initiate, actively support and report on non-conformance processes and anomaly reviews in accordance with established processes.
• Analyze and review on-orbit telemetry, focusing on operator command sequences and thruster anomalies.
• Automate telemetry analysis with Python scripts.
• Recommend strategies and operational parameters based on telemetry and product performance.
• Provide on-orbit operations support to ensure products perform optimally in space.
• Deliver clear, concise, and well-written technical documentation.
