Zusammenfassung

TGW Logistics is seeking a technical inside sales representative in Austria to support and develop our existing customers' systems. You will collaborate with technical departments to manage modernization requests and handle the business side from quotes to closing deals.

You will work with our Key Account Managers, conduct technical consultations, and independently handle after-sales inquiries, including upgrades and optimizations, while documenting all steps.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and customer-focused approach
• German and English proficiency; MS Office
• Completed technical training in relevant fields

Aufgaben

• Support Key Account Managers with technical questions
• Conduct technical consultations with automation, electrical engineering, IT software development and network teams
• Handle after-sales inquiries (upgrades, optimizations, modifications)
• Prepare quotes and cost estimates; process orders and invoicing
• Document inquiries, quotes and orders
