wellbe is seeking a Creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence in the DACH region. Remote or office-based in Innsbruck, you will drive community growth, craft local strategies, and manage influencer partnerships.

You will coordinate content creators, develop affiliate activities, and produce platform-native content using Canva/CapCut. Fluency in German and English is required, with a strong eye for visual storytelling and cross-team collaboration.

wellbe is a European lifestyle brand on a mission to inspire healthier, more balanced living. As we continue to grow across the DACH region, we are looking for a creative, proactive and driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and community.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing and growing our social media communities across the DACH region
• Developing and executing social media strategies tailored to local audiences
• Identifying, building and maintaining relationships with influencers, content creators and affiliate partners
• Coordinating content creators, collaborations, campaigns and partnerships from briefing through to delivery
• Supporting and developing affiliate marketing activities and partnerships
• Creating engaging, platform-native content for social media channels
• Using visual-content and video-editing tools to create, adapt and optimize creative assets
• Managing paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the performance marketing team
• Monitoring social media and digital marketing trends
• Working closely with other departments, including performance marketing, design, product and logistics

What we're looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Community Management, Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing or a related role
• Experience in affiliate marketing and working with affiliate partners is a strong advantage
• Experience coordinating and managing collaborations with content creators and influencers
• Native-level German and fluent English;
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital trends and content formats
• A strong creative instinct and an excellent eye for visually compelling content
• Familiarity with tools for visual-content creation and video editing, such as Canva, CapCut, or similar
• Excellent communication, organization, and project-management skills
